Saute of mushrooms and garlic*

Today I introduce the dish which use a kind of mushroom. It's called "Eringi" in Japanese. Do you know? I like all mushrooms, especially I like "Eringi" the best.

Ingredients――* (2 portions)
・1 pack of Eringi
・3 tbsp of olive oil
・salt and pepper
・Garlic powder
・1 leaf of Japanese basil
――――――――――
1. Slice Eringi lengthwise into 5 mm.

2. Put olive oil on frying pan and fry Eringi until brown.

3. Powder extra salt, pepper, and garlic powder on Eringi. Crumble Japanese basil and put on it.

That's all. You can only cut and fry! I like garlic powder so I often use it to cook the meat and vegetables. Garlic powder match with chicken, pork, and sauteed vegetables! You had better use it once^^
