Creative the omelet

Last time around, I produced Japanese omelet. Today, I'm going to arrange omelets into various types!

*Natto(fermented soybeans) version*
〇ingredients〇
two eggs, natto(1 pack), grated radish, chopped laver, sliced Welsh onion, ponzu sauce

1.Beat two eggs with half of natto and roll them in same way I introduce last time.
2.Let's make a sauce!
Add to rest of natto and grated radish into ponzu sauce. Then put it on the natto omelet with sliced welsh onion and chopped laver.

*Mentaiko(cod vum) version*
1.Before rolling the egg, put 4~5 sliced mentaiko (about 30g) and sliced small welsh onion on it. Then roll together. That's all! It's too easy!

A lot of other version...you can use millet flack, tuna, hijiki, vegetables such as spinach. When you master Japanese omelet, you can enjoy many kinds of them. You can find your original omelet!☆ You are fuel the spark of imagination so that you can enjoy thinking about cook. Please find out  nice chemistry between foods. I will paste pictures on this blog after cooking them.

Japanese omelet*

Today I produce Japanese omelet(・∀・) In my case, Japanese omelet was often packed a box lunch. My mother and friends told me that it's simple and easy to cook but... I burned the eggs and couldn't wad them.

1. Beat two eggs vigorously well-blended and add some salt.
2.Heat a pan until smoke rises.(over medium heat near low heat) Put oil in the pan (low heat) and turn off the heat when heated enough.
3.While turning off the heat, pour about one third beaten egg into the pan and swirl then around in it to go around fully. If you pick up the egg, it doesn't stick to the pan, roll them so as not to form any clearance.
◎Point◎Raise the handle to tilt the pan to the hand, you can roll easily.
4.Turn on the heat (low heat), move rolled eggs to the hand and pour rest of beaten egg toward a direction you roll.
◎Point◎If the egg is likely to stiff completely, pull the pan away from the heat.

When you finished to roll them, and voila!☆
I rolled the egg in 2 parts in this time but you may do in 3 parts.

*First day*

Hello( ^ O ^ )  I like cooking but I cannot cook well. I don't know how to cook and recipes. I can only wash rice and boil it. I want to cook better so I think and introduce how to improve in cooking for awkward people like me. "I can't cook!" "I don't know why I fail in cooking." "I'm anxious!" This blog is for these people.
I write about points we tend to fail with basic dishes. I hope we get good at cooking.
