Wasabi dishes part 2*

I introduce other Wasabi dish this time. It's too easy for me so I can cook soon without recipe (^^) But this dish may be unseasonal. Because it's getting colder recently...but it's OK! The fact remains that this dish is nice!

*piquante chilled tofu with tomato*
a tomato, five or six boiled soybeans, one eighth onions, a tofu (bean curd), two Japanese basils,  two tablespoonfuls of salad oil

<A>a tablespoonful of vinegar, a teaspoon of soy sauce, a pinch of salt  Wasabi

1. Cut a tomato into 1cm cubes, Boil soybeans with salt and dehull them. Cut onions into small pieces.
2. Mix <A> well and add onion and salad oil into it. And toss well~!
3. Toss tomato and 2.
4. Put tofu on dish and put 3 on tofu. Finally garnish julienne-strip Japanese basil. Voila!

I had not eaten tofu with vegetable. I can't come up with this idea that combinations of tofu, tomato, and Japanese soybeans. This dish looks beautiful and good for our health. Please try them yourself☆!

  1. That dish looks great! Speaking of tofu, I found that you can replace cottage cheese for tofu in lasagna. I make it with both, but usually tofu because it's cheaper, good for you and healthy. If you want to know how to make lasagna, just ask.

  2. Thank you for your comment.
Tofu is wonderful food because it is healthy, good taste, and cheap as you said.
I want to know how to make lasagna, but... is it easy to cook?
