Vegitable pot-au-feu(ポトフ)*

Hello! In every morning and every night, it's cold... so I wanted to eat some warm dishes. Today I introduce vegitable pot-au-feu. (^0^)/ I use microwave oven so it's very easy and we can cook it in busy mornings.

Ingredients――* (2 portions)
・boston butt slice 200g
・a carot
・a onion
・half od cabbage
・two potatos
・4~5 sausages
<Consomme soup>
・1.5 tablespoons of consomme soup mix
・water 400cc
・salt and pepper
・black pepper
――――――――――――
1. Place meat under hot water in order to remove extra fat and smell.
2. Cut carot and potato into big size. Heat them in a microwave oven for 2~3 minute (500w).
3. Put 1, 2, and sausages into a microwave-safe plate. Pour consomme soup and salt and pepper.
4. Cover them with a plastic wrap. (You may add herbs) Make air vents in the wrap and heat them in a microwave oven about 10 minutes (500w). Voila!☆
You may put parsley and black pepper on the top.

This pot-au-feu is very easy because you can use microwave oven. It takes only a few minutes. It's very delicious for the tastes of vegetables and we can be warm. If you like vegitables, you could add broccoli and cabbage etc. It's getting more delicious for vegitables! I'm sure you like this!
