Melt bacon and enokidake mushroom in butter*


Ingredients--*
Enokidake mushroom 1 pack
bacon 2 slice
pepper
soy sauce

cooking liquid
seaweed broth 200ml
salt tsp 1/2
sugar tsp 1/2
butter 10g
 -------------------------------
1. Cut down stool of enokidake mushroom and divide in small quantity.


2. Cut bacon into pieces 1 cm wide.





3. Boil up cooking liquid and add enokidake mushroom after it boils.


4. Add bacon and season with soy sauce and pepper after it boils again.
