Tomato Steak*

Do you know Tomato Stake? When I heard at first, I was really surprised. Because I thought that Steak means only meat such as beef, pork, and chicken. Today I introduce "Tomato Steak". It's very simple and easy to make. It's same to ordinary meat steak.

Ingredients――*(2 portions)
・1~2 Tomato
・1 tsp of olive oil
<Avocado sauce>
・1/2 avocado
・1/2 tsp of lemon juice
・1.5 tbsp of mayonnaise
・salt and pepper
・dry parsley
―――――――――

1. Remove hull of tomato and slice it. (2 cm) Pare avocado and crush it by fork. Mix ingredients of sauce.

2. Heat olive oil in the pan. Heat both sides of tomato, seasoning with salt and pepper.

3. Put tomato on dish and put avocado sauce on it. Then put dry parsley. That's all!

It was a nice and healthy dish. I had not experienced such as this dish. Tomato Stake is a light meal so I think it is nice for women, especially for dieting women but it is not enough to be satisfied for men. It is a nice appetizer. And I like texture of avocado so it may be good to cut avocado into small cubes and mix them in avocado sauce. And tomato tends to break up so you had better heat it quickly at high heat. It is a important point!

Japanese omelet*

Today I produce Japanese omelet(・∀・) In my case, Japanese omelet was often packed a box lunch. My mother and friends told me that it's simple and easy to cook but... I burned the eggs and couldn't wad them.

1. Beat two eggs vigorously well-blended and add some salt.
2.Heat a pan until smoke rises.(over medium heat near low heat) Put oil in the pan (low heat) and turn off the heat when heated enough.
3.While turning off the heat, pour about one third beaten egg into the pan and swirl then around in it to go around fully. If you pick up the egg, it doesn't stick to the pan, roll them so as not to form any clearance.
◎Point◎Raise the handle to tilt the pan to the hand, you can roll easily.
4.Turn on the heat (low heat), move rolled eggs to the hand and pour rest of beaten egg toward a direction you roll.
◎Point◎If the egg is likely to stiff completely, pull the pan away from the heat.

When you finished to roll them, and voila!☆
I rolled the egg in 2 parts in this time but you may do in 3 parts.

*First day*

Hello( ^ O ^ )  I like cooking but I cannot cook well. I don't know how to cook and recipes. I can only wash rice and boil it. I want to cook better so I think and introduce how to improve in cooking for awkward people like me. "I can't cook!" "I don't know why I fail in cooking." "I'm anxious!" This blog is for these people.
I write about points we tend to fail with basic dishes. I hope we get good at cooking.
